My Cat,s Been Shot

This "Ellie" (not a good photo} and yesterday afternoon some cruel idiot took a pot shot at her with an air rifle. She is in the vets at the moment .After being examined and x-ray,d she was found to have a pellet lodged in her chest. The vet thinks that it would be better to leave the pellet in there because to remove it would mean major surgery and she may not recover from that. This littel cat is quiet and gentle and doesn't go far from home but some unfeeling person used her as target practice.
How can anyone do that ? How can anybody be so cruel ? To me this is a sensless thing to do and I just cannot understand why? I think she will be ok but we will just have to wait and see. What do you think about this ? Leave a comment
